Rebecca boasts nearly two decades as a E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher, Reiki Master & Sound Healing Practitioner, Women's Holistic Hormone Health Educator, and devoted mother of two.
Dedicated to helping others forge a life of freedom through wellness, Rebecca's mission is to guide and inspire individuals to feel good in their bodies, reconnect with their inner guidance system, and live authentically. Her extensive experience includes leading retreats and yoga teacher trainings across the United States, Europe, Central America, and Asia.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Rebecca resides in Northern Michigan with her environmentally conscious husband and two young children. When not orchestrating transformative retreats, she channels her passion for travel, well-being, and community into crafting enchanting gatherings that bring like-minded individuals together in a safe and welcoming space, fostering experiences conducive to healing, personal growth, and transformation.

Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a marketing professional, a devoted mother of two daughters, a wife, and grateful to call both the Big Island of Hawaiʻi and Michigan home.
EmpowHER Camp was inspired by a deep desire for sisterhood—spaces where women can connect, support one another, laugh, and feel truly seen. The vision became clear in 2023, and I knew I wanted to create something like this—not just for myself, but for anyone craving that kind of community.
What makes this experience especially close to my heart is that EmpowHER Camp takes place on my family’s land in Northern Michigan. Long before you arrive, I’m here preparing the property, creating the spaces, and thoughtfully tending to all the little details that make the weekend feel special. My hope is that from the moment you arrive, you can simply exhale. You don’t have to plan, prepare, cook, coordinate, or worry about what comes next—you get to settle in, be cared for, and fully experience the weekend.
Over the past three years, EmpowHER Camp has grown into a space of connection, healing, joy, and sisterhood—one that has changed so many lives, including my own. Being able to welcome women onto this land, create new connections, hold space for growth, and help each person feel genuinely loved and cared for has been one of the greatest honors.
